inhale love




Take a moment, close eyes, exhale, then inhale love. Hold that love in your lungs for five seconds. Then exhale the love into your surroundings. Again inhale love and hold for five seconds, then exhale the love to someone you know who needs healing. See them receive the love, relax  and heal.  Finally inhale love again, hold, then as you exhale send the love into the world. See your love spreading wide and far benefitting all in its path.
