Its been said that for everything there is a season. This week I've experienced a season of sleep. I've been drawn into longer periods of sleep. And for the first time in years gave myself the gift of a nap. Sleep is an effective tool for decompressing after an intense work period. Sleep re-calibrates the body and psyche. Sleep brings blessed healing, enabling body systems to enter healing cycles unimpeded by resistance of mind. Sleep brings dreams. Sleep is a blessing.
