We are living in a time of overstimulation. Over stimulation including too much media, talk, people contact and work lead to exhaustion. When we’re exhausted, anxiety and greyness can set in.
Consider unplugging from radio, TV, cell phone, internet for an hour per day.
Turn off all of it and be present to what you’re doing. No ringing phone, no dinging email messages coming in. If possible, walk outside near trees and growing things. We are part of nature. Reconnecting with nature provides us another route to being in the abounding river of life.
