When things appear to be out of balance I breathe deeply and experience what is right in this moment. Now I reflect on the areas that feel out of balance. What dynamic am I seeing? How have I played into and supported what I am experiencing? Where have fear and doubt fueled my thoughts and actions? Today I choose to let go fear and doubt and plant my feet firmly in the ground of love, peace, acceptance and joy.
All is right with my life today and I am whole perfect and complete.
