remember



In this fast paced world we sometimes forget how much we know. We accumulate knowledge through study, passive learning (watching videos and movies), reading, conversation and experience.  For a change, rather than search for new ways of handling challenges, practice remembering.  Stop, close your eyes, take a deep breath and relax. Breathe in and out several times. Remember who you are and know that you already know.
